Thanks to the Joseph & Antonia Mensink Fund

The Joseph & Antonia Mensink Fund was established in the Hamilton Community Foundation in memory of Joseph and Antonia Mensink. The fund focuses on programs and organizations reflecting Catholic values and faith.

This year, in 2025, we have gratefully received a donation from the Mensink Fund which will help fund our activities as we continue providing recreational learning opportunities for Hamilton children and youth.

Hamilton Community Foundation has been working to drive positive change in Hamilton since 1954. We do this by helping people give in a way that has meaning to them and impact in the community, providing grants and financing to charitable organizations and initiatives and bringing people together to address priority issues that affect Hamiltonians. Last year, HCF gave 959 grants to 401 charities, totalling $11.9 million. Our assets include $22.1 million in loans to local charities that generate both a financial and a social and/or environmental return.
